We have a fantastic program from one of our wholesale-only mortgage bankers who is willing to contribute up to $5,000 for your down payment. It requires a minimum 1% down from the consumer and up to 2% down payment boost from the lender.
If you buy a $250,000 house you can put $2,500 down and receive a $5,000 gift towards your down payment from this lender.
